AcruxSoft is a Uruguayan company founded in 2008, dedicated to providing technological solutions for the continuous improvement of fishing activity.
We work together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and fishing experts, supported by scientific research from the Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Environmental Engineering – IMFIA, University of the Republic in Uruguay, with the objectives of improving the efficiency and sustainability of the fishing industry.
During these years we developed innovative computer tools, fishing training courses, fishing gear design and simulation laboratories for different universities around the world.
Our passion and commitment to quality in our work has led us to stand out within the industry, research and academia, achieving various national and international awards.

Fishing Captain with more than 30 years of experience at sea, Co-founder of AcruxSoft, contributing comprehensive knowledge of the fishing industry. He has worked on more than 300 projects related to fishing efficiency for Latin American and European companies.
Creator of the TrawlVision software since 1995.

University Professor in Fisheries Technology
Capitán de Pesca con treinta y cuatro años en tareas relacionadas con la actividad. Egresado de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, como Especialista en Pesquerías Marinas. Realizo dos cursos de Postgrado en Japón uno en la National Fisheries University, en Shimonoseki y otro en Kanagawa International Fisheries Training Centre, en Kanagawa.

Fishing Trawl Design and Manufacturing Expert
Senior fishing trawl manufacturing expert with over 35 years of experience in the design, construction, and production of commercial fishing nets across Uruguay and Argentina. Graduate of the Uruguayan Technical University (UTU). Lecturer and specialist in fishing net technology, training new generations of maritime and fisheries professionals through the integration of practical experience and advanced technical expertise.

A graduate of the University of the Republic (Uruguay), she currently serves as Commercial Department Director at AcruxSoft, leading commercial management, client relations, and the development of new business opportunities in both national and international markets.
